Nara, Kyoto and Osaka, Japan (the better photos are on the bottom part haha)

I've been really busy lately but here are some pictures from my latest trip to Japan. Math classes have been giving me a headache and seeing these help me chill out a bit. Maybe they can give you the same effect :)

Isn't spring just gorgeous?

I thought it was some photoshopped thingo when I first saw it as our
computer's wallpaper years ago, but the Golden Pavilion is real!

Where tea used to be held in

Older than over 12 generations of my family. That tree is ancient!

Wishes for the gods anyone?

Kyoto

The famous Todaiji

Deer can be unseeingly greedy, I tell you.

A beautiful peak of one of Japan's temple, Nara. It was quite
rainy that name.

The Japanese Zen Buddha, so simple yet so awesome.

a guardian of one of the temples, fierce to keep spirits away
Night + Sakura =breathtaking view of spring

Not a real geaisha, they only come out at Gion starting around 6 in the evening.
I guess there was a place offering a geisha makeovers though

traditional wares but crazy price

A couple walking around the outside of
Osaka castle in kimono's, they apparently just finished a photo shoot

I found this lovely lady outside a restaurant in Gion

The cupcake one is my favorite.

Buds, pretty buds

Sakura against the night light

I thought I'd never see these on actual soil!
Sakura before they turn to buds, I think...

Power pink sakuras anyone?
Flowers :)
